Sometimes I find that it is hard to quantify how much I have saved by using the cashback methods which I set forth in this blog. So I decided to create the Cashback Cookie Jar, and to put my savings in this jar as I receive them. It is a sweet way to pay myself (no pun intended), and once it reaches a certain level, I invest these savings for an even higher return.
